Danny is passionate about creating workouts that reduce chronic pain, promote mental health, and prepare the body for future challenges.
“Once I got in shape for the first time I realized that I had stopped getting sick. My digestion, focus, sleep quality, and willpower began to steadily improve. I have not been able to stop working out for the last sixteen years. I absolutely love it.
“Exercise quickly became the main focus of my life. I challenged myself by training in Muay Thai, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu for several years, eventually finding a love for boxing at seventeen. While studying for my Kinesiology degree I competed in amateur bouts and trained collegiate athletes, working closely with every coach I met. My interest in the application of exercise as a healing practice led me to train clients recovering from injuries, traumatic events, and those living with pain. Since beginning my career as a personal trainer I have worked with some of the best health professionals in the field, including physical therapists, psychologists, competitive martial artists, and top ranked coaches.
If I’m not training myself or someone else, I’m probably drawing.”
